Corn Vada Recipe In Gujarati

Corn Vada:- Corn is easily available in monsoon. Here I have used corn kernels and corn flour for my head. The corn head looks absolutely tasty to eat. The top layer is crunchy and soft from the inside. This head tastes great to eat with tea. Made by adding yoghurt so it can be stored for up to 2 days.

Ingredients :- 

  • 1 bowl corn kernels
  • 1 bowl corn flour
  • 3 green chillies
  • 1 piece ginger
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons green coriander
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne
  • 1 teaspoon hot spices
  • 1 tablespoon ajmo
  • 2 tablespoons sesame
  • To fry in oil

Steps:- How To Make Corn Vada

1. Take the pc by adding corn kernels, green chillies and ginger in the mixer jar. Keep a little coriander in the side. Better to put in.

2. Pour this into a bowl. Now add corn flour and mix everything.

3. Add spices to this. Add 2 teaspoons of yogurt and mix everything. Now add corn kernels and coriander in the side.

4. Mix, cover and set aside for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, take a small mixer and press it with the palm of your hand.

5. Prepare all the heads in this way. Heat oil in a pan and make medium flame.

6. Fry the head. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Pour the head into the oil and do not rotate immediately.

7. Fry all the heads this way.

8. The corn head is ready.
