White Dhokla In Gujarati Recipes Safrd Dhokla

White Dhokla :- We have to eat plain white dhoklas; My daughter doesn’t like it very much. So if I make white rava dhoklas, I make ginger-green chillies in its cucumbers and red chilli powder on top of it. Add sesame seeds, chillies, asafoetida and rye. It looks great in hot weather.

Ingredients :- 

1 bowl of rava (a large rava used in shera or upama)
Pony bowl yogurt
Pa bowl of water
1 tablespoon white eno
Salt
Green chillies
Small piece ginger
Cayenne powder
For extra
2 tablespoons oil
Sesame
Hing
2 green chillies
Fine rye
For decoration
Coriander

Steps :- How To Make White Dhokla

1. Prepare curd, water, crushed ginger, chilli and salted pudding in rava. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

2. Turn on the gas, add water to the dish in which the dhokla is to be placed. Place the edges.

3. Put the same oil on the plate and put it on the edge. Now, add ino in cucumber and stir well. And let the bed in the plate. Sprinkle green chillies evenly on top. My daughter doesn’t like peppers, the rest can be put together, it looks very nice. Now, close the lid of the vessel. Let the cucumber simmer for 15 minutes.

4. After 15 minutes, turn off the gas and let it simmer.

5. Now, put 2 tbsp oil in a saucepan and let it heat up. Now add fine rye, rye tadde means chop asafoetida and green chillies in it. Also add sesame seeds. Shake all nicely with a spoon and spread all the sides on the prepared dhokla. Fill with chopped coriander and enjoy hot dhokla.
